- We understand that your relatives and friends are important part of your life and recovery process.
- Strictly follow visiting time and restrict your visitors during visiting hours for the comfort of all patients.
- Our visiting hours are: 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm on all days ICU – 9:00 am – 9:30 am & 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
- Please make a note that visitors may be restricted as per the patient’s medical condition or special needs.
- You will be issued passes for attendants and visitors at the time of admission of patient.
- Visitors will be allowed to meet patients on presenting these passes, hence we request you to wear these passes in the hospital premises.
- Children below the age of 12 years are prohibited as visitors as they are more susceptible to infections. They are allowed on request on Saturdays and Sundays.
- It is advised to keep yourself sterilized during hospital visit.
- Sanitise your hands frequently , use mask & practice social distancing .
- Use of mobile phones is prohibited where critical medical equipment and patient monitoring systems are in operation.
- If you must use your cell phone in approved areas, please speak in a soft tone so that other patients are not disturbed.
- Flowers can be a source of infection and hence discouraged in the Hospital.
- Taking photos, videos or making sound recordings without permission is strictly prohibited on the Hospital premises.
- Smoking & Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on the hospital premises.
- The entire hospital premises is under CCTV surveillance.
- Being a service organization, all employees are instructed not to accept any tip/gratuity.
- If any employee asks for a tip, kindly inform door P.R.E. Being a public place, patients are strongly advised not to keep valuable items/cash in their room/ward.
- The Hospital will not be responsible for any loss/damage of your personal belongings anywhere within the Hospital premises.
